Trade Marketing Manager

Background:

This is a brand new trade marketing position, newly created in the company in order to drive instore growth and strategy within the fast growing grocery channel. The role reports into the head of sales and trade - retail, and works within a high profile team of bright and high calibre people.

The company is a food businesses, so someone with food and drink experience would be desirable, or a candidate with a real interest in the sector but wider FMCG experience would work well.

You will ideally have bluechip FMCG trade, sales of category management experience, and be looking for your first manager role where you will have the opportunity to develop your line management skills.

Some key responsibilities include:

* Be the trade marketing Champion and drive the shopper agenda across the business
* Develop a winning POP vision and plan
* Providing insight to influence current and future direction
* Delivering the FOUR P marketing agenda
* Proactively managing strategic category partnerships
