Commercial Manager – M&S
We are looking for an experienced, straight talking Senior National Account Manager with a track record of creating joint business plans, seizing opportunities and driving profitable growth with grocery retailers. You love being hands on, making things happen and getting things done. Key to your success is your ability to work with and motivate cross functional teams and influence customers at all levels.
As part of an impressive and growing £300 million Food Group this site is a leading manufacturer of premium and authentic products. The Group Board has a clear strategy for continued growth and this autonomous business unit is key to their plan. Inspired by a forward thinking and driven General Manager, they are now looking for a Commercial Manager to drive profitable growth with their biggest customer and around 30% of sales.
Their reputation is built on quality, authenticity and innovation and given consumer trends and the strength of their NPD team they have plans to grow over the next 3 years. It is a tough market and you must be ready to take full P&L responsibility and fully exploit opportunities within M&S. You will take personal responsibility for developing the strategic plan and you’ll lead from the front developing strong relationships and delivering results.
