Sales Operations Manager – Nationally Recognised Brewery – competitive ££ - London based
We are currently recruiting for one of the largest and most well-known brewers in the UK, looking to recruit a Sales Operations Manager to oversee the efficiency and cross functional nature involving sales across the business. They are proud of their heritage and take great pride in supplying some of the country’s most well-known Beers and Ales into pubs and bars around the UK.
The successful candidate will be a strong people manager and have dealt extensively with on-trade sales, experience in off-trade would be highly beneficial. This is a cross functional position therefore it is imperative you have a solid understanding of finance, IT, supply chain and marketing.
Key requirements:
- Experience and knowledge managing operations on a cross functional basis - finance, supply chain, sales, marketing and IT
- Leading and inspiring others - eliciting cooperation from direct reports, peers and clients across all levels
- Ideally you will have previous experience in sales operations within drinks environment.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to provide Executive level reporting and summaries
- Track record in performance reporting
- Expert level excel skills for report and data manipulation, analysing and quantifying data for a on and off trade sales
- Background of hands-on driving structural and process improvement from a sales operations perspective
- Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities in the face of changing priorities and demand
