Team Leader - £35,000 - £45,000 p/a – Global Drinks Company – South East England

We are currently recruiting for one of the largest and most well-known brewers in the UK, looking to recruit a Brewing Team Lead into their established team. They have some of the best known Beers and Ale’s in the UK, as well as bringing fresh products on constantly to attract the younger audience. They are proud of their heritage and take great pride in supplying some of the country’s most well-known Beers and Ales and they want the guys in the brewery to feel the same way.

You will be responsible for managing and developing your team in order to optimise their contribution and enhance process performance. You will need to demonstrate evidence of positive personal and team behaviours in line with company standards

The successful candidate will be a strong people manager with a proven track record in planning and problem solving with previous experience of process management experience in a manufacturing environment.
