Lead Brewer/Deputy Brewer – £30,000 - £45,000 p/a – South Yorkshire –
A client based in South Yorkshire are currently on the lookout for an experience brewer to join the team. This brewery is known for its heritage and ability to produce some of the finest ales and bitters in the country. They are going through a period growth and looking add support to the brewing team.
This is a broad position and the successful candidate will have:
- 4+ years working in a combination of high and low volume breweries
- Experience with cask beers
- Ability to run all aspects of a brewery when the head brewer is away
- Be inventive and creative and be able to show examples of this through your brewing
