The Role:

• You will be a Strong and experienced People Manager, who thrives on training and coaching fresh Field Sales Teams.    
• You’ll be responsible for ensuring teams deliver against their targets, setting objectives, motivating and measuring results.  
• You will have sound knowledge of the Wholesale and Independent Sector and a passion for Energy Drinks.  
• This role demands energy and being able to identify with the category. You will be required to attend festivals, music and sporting events to represent our brands.

The Person:

• You will have previous Field Management experience with proven results at Area Manager level or higher 
• You will have the ability to demonstrate a structured approach to selling, and ensuring both you and your team achieve over and above all targets
• You will be passionate, resilient, motivated and very competitive whilst being an effective team player.
• You will have willingness to strive to be best in class – thinking both strategically and analytically at all times
• You will have FMCG Field Sales Experience within the Independent/Symbol Sector.
• You will have an active interest in Festivals, Music and Extreme Sports

The Requirements:

It is a requirement of this role that you hold a driving licence and are legally entitled to work in the UK.  

You will be required to attend team events and festivals, therefore you must be willing to stay away over-night regularly.
