Trade Marketing Manager – 18 month FTC

The company:

Based in the South East/ London, my Branded FMCG client is well known in their field and experiencing a large amount of growth, not just in the UK but globally, which has been consistent over a number of years. They are now looking for a trade marketing manager to join the team to ensure the company delivers quality sales execution across a wide range of channels. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Project manage the creation and delivery of sales promotion programmes that can rolled  out across all EMEA territories 
  • You will work with the digital team and agency to make sure the promotional mechanic (enter online, SMS) goes live on launch date. 
  • You will work with the artwork agency to create a master tool kit for each campaign
  • You will work with the US team to create a master visual for each campaign 
  • You will track the ROI of each campaign and share best practice across territories 
  • Managing the creation and facilitating commercially relevant content that should be leveraged to internal sales teams 
  • Working directly with business unit sales teams and being aware of the commercial priorities
  • You will make sure that communication is pushed to internal and external platforms in the best and most relevant way to drive awareness and engagement
  • You will manage and track all generic artwork requests to ensure the company block their space in store both on and off shelf. 

The Successful Candidate:

  • 3-5 years’ experience within FMCG marketing 
  • Ideally food and/or beverage background 
  • Consumer product experience 
  • Previous experience working across international markets – EMEA
  • Solid Written & Verbal Communication skills.
