An opportunity has arisen for a Full TIme role to support the Mitchells and Butler account within Supply Chain based in Ashford.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Employing over 10,000 people, the group supplies a diverse customer base, which includes, independent pubs, restaurants and hotels, schools, hospitals, contract caterers and well known national chains.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Compiling, checking and issuing daily shortage reports to the customer
- Responsibility for issuing weekly non-food service reports to Brakes Logistics and Customer
- Weekly non-food issues capture and reporting to the customer
- Responsibility for monthly customer reporting with analysis of issues
- Responding to daily stock queries
- Nominated supplier performance reports to customer
- Support SCM on menu changes and new lines and support holiday cover
Knowledge, Skills and Experience - Good understanding of Brakes internal systems (SAP, BW and Minster) would be advantageous but not essential
- Strong customer focus
- Excellent IS skills in particular MS Excel is essential
- Good communication skills
