Regional HR Manager
Do you have HR management experience within a fast paced environment?
Our client a well-established food manufacturer is looking to recruit a Regional HR Manager to cover two sites, one in South East England the other in South West.
Main responsibilities will include:-
·Organisational Development & Change Management
·Resourcing - manage the manpower plan requirements during organisational change
·Employee Relations - disciplinaries, grievances, sickness
The successful candidate must;
·Up to date employment law knowledge and recent experience in change management
·Have a solid back ground in HR Management working in a high volume, fast paced environment
·CIPD Level 5 as a minimum qualified or equivalent
·Based in SE England with flexibility to travel to South Wales weekly, driving licence is a must
·HR experience gained within food and drinks industry highly desirable
·HR Project Management skills
·A passion for delivering results through people
·Effective resourcing, succession and talent management skills
Our client is looking to offer a salary of £35,000.00 - £38,000.00 plus car allowance.
