Excellent opportunity for a Retail or Foodservice exec seeking to progress to Key Accounts level

THE ROLE:
This position is an excellent opportunity to join an established manufacturer within the UK snack sector, who have ambitious plans to develop further in 2017.
You will be responsible for a portfolio of over 120 regional snack distributors, and be responsible for establishing and growing listings with your clients.
As we are passionate about product innovation and launching new brands and flavours, you will always have new, exciting ranges to introduce to your clients.
We also have a strong focus on healthy eating, and have developed a fantastic range of products aimed at health focussed consumers.
You will work closely with Senior managers and directors on end user projects, particularly with the Contract Catering sector, and be involved in national roll outs with major end user brands.

With a turnover of over £20 Million we have developed a strong reputation for the quality of our products our innovative flavours and our vision for producing snacks using a variety of vegetables other than traditional potato based snacks.
Our healthy eating brands now encompass over 50% of our UK turnover and we envisage that this area will demonstrate continued growth through 2017.
We have already invested in new production and warehouse facilities to support this, but are also investing in further growth of the sales team to support this continued success.


THE APPLICANT.
We are ideally seeking to speak to proven sales professionals with experience selling into retail or Foodservice sectors
• Candidates must be able to demonstrate a proven track record in field sales.
• Candidates with experience selling into Retail (particularly Convenience Retail or Independents) or Foodservice will be of particular interest.
• Experience selling into contract catering or Food distributors will be of specific interest.
• Candidates must enjoy travel through work and have a high activity rate.
• This position will also appeal to candidates with an interest in healthy eating.
