The Supply Chain division of Exsurgo is recruiting a Operations Manager within the drinks sector.

The role

The Operations Manager job will be responsible for managing the end to end supply chain of products through a number of channels. You will be required to forecast the demand of all products, supply plan alongside the buying team to ensure stock is ordered and moved at the appropriate time. You will also be required to work closely with international distribution partners. You will be required to line manager up to 3 members of staff and oversee the operations. This is a fast-paced environment and requires someone who is assertive and confident to work independently and in a collaborative team.

The candidate

The successful candidate for the Operations Manager job in London will have the following attributes:

-          Very strong demand and supply planning experience

-          Proven track-record of working in operations

-          Experience of people management and working in a fast-paced environment

-          Passionate and driven individual

-          Knowledge of end to end supply chain

-          Ideally experience of working in larger FMCG business and a smaller FMCG business

The package on offer for the successful candidate for the Operations Manager role in London is the following:

-          £40-48k base salary

-          5% discretionary bonus
