Salary Range: £20,000 - £22,000 p.a. (location and experience dependent)

Atomic Live are delighted to announce that through our great partnership with Inter Carabao we are expanding our Field Sales Team Nationally. Our aim is to deliver a first-class field sales team to extend the national distribution of the fantastic new brand to the UK Energy drink market, Carabao. The team will aggressively drive distribution and availability of Carabao’s fantastic range of products within the Independent and Convenience channel in strategic cities and towns around the UK.
Carabao was founded in 2002. Already the fastest growing energy drink brand in Asia, Carabao is expanding its global presence, initially by launching into London and the South East UK in April 2016.
The launch expansion is supported by a multi-million-pound marketing campaign centered on the world of Football. The brand is already the man sponsor of Reading Football Club who play in the English Championship but have been a successful Premier League club and will be again. Carabao has also entered into an extremely exciting partnership with Chelsea Football Club with the business investing some £30m across the next three years which will generate close to £100m annually in global brand awareness value. Of note, Carabao recently announced a 3 year, multi-million pound sponsorship of the EFL Cup – which will be known as the Carabao Cup. Played across over 90 teams involving all English Football leagues, it offers the brand incredible consumer awareness opportunities throughout the campaign, culminating with the Final being played at Wembley!

We are looking for people who equally reflect the passion, strength of spirit and drive to represent Carabao in the UK Independent Convenience market. The Carabao team never finish until the targets are met.
WHAT WE NEED:
As a Carabao Field Sales Executive you will be responsible for driving and retaining distribution of the Carabao range, within Independent retailers in your assigned region. You will achieve this by: -
• Building strong and commercial relationships with all contacts on territory • Growing & maintaining distribution across the Carabao range • Introduce exciting NPD launch to new & existing accounts to maximise availability • Being available to support key Brand initiatives. The role requires Executives to work autonomously as well as within a team, you must be target driven, work well under pressure, be responsive to deadlines & fully accountable for personal & team objectives. Well educated, you will have recent experience in FMCG sales, ideally within the Energy Drinks market.
• To represent the brand you must have high energy, personable style with a great attitude and personality • A willingness to strive to be best in class • Full clean driving license • Must have the legal right to work in the UK. This is a full time role, Monday - Friday. You will be provided with a company van to use whilst at work. You will be provided with a tablet and smart phone. Full brand, sales and account management training will be provided both through induction period and on-going in the field and at team meetings.
