As a Territory Sales Manager you will be required to use your sales skills and retail expertise to deliver a highly effective and professional sales service for our clients by driving distribution, visibility and availability of their products within a range of retail and other sales outlets in a defined territory.

As a TSM your main responsibilities will be: -

  • Visiting grocery stores and Building strong and constructive relationships with appropriate store staff and be recognised as adding value to the store
  • Negotiation with store colleagues to ensure distribution and availability for various brands and gaining extra space where possible - Using in store technology to ensure maximum availability
  • Be the "eyes and ears" of Tactical Solutions and its clients in store by identifying problems, opportunities and competitor intelligence.
  • Strive to "Make a Difference" for our clients by following Tactical Solutions’ proven processes. Deliver a professional, efficient and effective set of calls within every sales outlet.
  • Accurately record and complete all information on our bespoke tablets using our latest Drive software system.
