The Role: The successful Business Solutions Manager will be developing new accounts with financial advisors and IFA companies, working for the market leader in their field. You will be talking to internal stakeholders, financial advisors and compliance/training managers, identifying needs and gaining commitment. A fabulous uncapped commission scheme should see you earning in excess of £100k in your second year here!

The Company: Part of a major insurance company with a very strong brand name, our client is an expanding organisation with in excess of 200 employees. They offer support services around compliance, investment, training and legislation and are now looking to recruit a new Business Solutions Manager as they grow their sales team.

For this Business Solutions Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Strong field sales skills
• Experience in B2B new business sales is a prerequisite
• Any financial services background is a bonus
• Driven, tenacious and resilient sales people will do well here

• £30,000 - £45,000 Base Salary
