The Role: As Territory Sales Manager you will responsible for developing and managing independent retail customers across the Midlands region. Your role will be to speak to store owners, managers and buyers in a highly proactive manner, as well as looking after some national chains in a merchandising capacity. A full company and product training course awaits the successful Territory Sales Manager here as well as strong managerial support.

With a range of waterproof clothing, camping gear, cycling accessories and specialist hiking equipment, this could be the ideal role for a Territory Sales Manager with a passion for the outdoors.
For this Territory Sales Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Strong field sales skills
- You will have a track record of selling non-food products into independent retailers
- An understanding of how shop owners and managers purchase is important
- Personable and presentable candidates are required

- £30,000 - £40,000 Base Salary
- + £2,000 - £5,000 Commission
