Technical Account Manager

At present Lime Talent are assisting a market leader within the food sector in their search for a Technical Account Manager. This role will be based at our client's HQ in West London and you will report to the Technical Director. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer facing technical individual to work with some of the UK's leading food providers.

The Technical Account Manager will ensure all customer technical requirements are met and exceeded, whilst it is also part of their role to develop and maintain strong working relationships. This is a cross-functional role and the Technical Account Manager must also build and maintain relationships internally ensuring that any technical issues are highlighted to the appropriate function.
  • You will provide front line customer support to technical queries.
  • You will establish, develop and maintain relationships with customers.
  • You will ensure that all suppliers are working to the required standards.
  • You will participate in customer NPD.
  • You will develop and ensure the accuracy of all customer technical specifications.


The Technical Account Manager will:
  • Have a degree in Food Science or related discipline
  • Have at least 3 years' experience working in the food arena; ideally experience in fresh produce
  • Have experience in a customer facing technical role.




Salary: Depending On Experience; Circa £40k
