My client is a well-known FMCG business, under-going a transformational period, and looking to attract the very best sales talent into their team. They have a portfolio of well-known brands, who are enjoying game-changing levels of investment into both the senior leadership team, the marketing and sales teams, and the innovation and NPD strategy and pipeline. Brand relaunches are underway, it is a very exciting time to be joining them.
Role
As National Account Manager you will have full P&L management of a grocery multiple, and work with the relevant internal teams to drive profitability, growth and win the customer relationship.
Candidate
You will obviously need experience of national account management with the grocery multiples. You will already be P&L responsible, with a solid understanding of what that entails both internally and externally. Your relationship building skills will need to be first class, you will need to be comfortable with insight led selling, and have strong data interpretation ability. Influencing, communicating and presenting skills are of course a pre-requisite.
