About the role

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic and highly experienced Commercial Sales team as a Graduate National Account Manager. You will be working with a high calibre team of National Account Managers and supporting on a range of retail and/or food service accounts, these could include Morrisons, Sainsburys, Aldi, McDonalds, Pret, Itsu, to name just a few.

We're passionate about our business and our customers. Our Sales team are at the forefront of establishing new and maintaining the existing excellent relationships that we have in place.
This is a fantastic opportunity to experience the role of a National Account Manager and to carve a career path within this fast paced and exciting industry. You will have a clear development plan and the opportunity to step up for National Account Managers in times of absence/temporary cover which will give you a broad exposure to our customers and the business as a whole.

Here's a bit more detail:-
- Own and maintain strong and productive customer relationships at all level
- Commercialise category opportunities to drive category growth and market share
- Identify and leverage end to end efficiencies for the customer and liaise with supply chain and operations to deliver
- Work cross functionally with other areas of the business during the development process

About you

You're confident, tenacious and driven towards achieving results. We want you to be as passionate about our customers as we are, you'll have excellent relationship building skills and the ability to communicate and influence across all levels.

You will need to be detail orientated with an analytical approach and an ability to work with data to spot and articulate trends. We are looking for you to be able to confidently manage a busy and varied workload. You will ideally have experience within an FMCG environment either Customer or Supplier based. Most importantly, you'll show enthusiasm and a willingness to learn new skills and develop within this role.

If you have the following knowledge and experience, we want to talk to you:-
* Experience of working in a sales/supply chain/marketing role ideally within FMCG
* Experience of managing effective relationships both internal and external stakeholders
* A passion and interest in the food industry/keeping up to date with trends
* Ability to prioritise
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages or equivalent databases
* Superb communication skills, both written and verbal

These would be a bonus too:-
* Degree in a relevant discipline (2:1 or above) or equivalent experience
