Job Details
Our client is Global FMCG Company manufacturing instantly recognised brands across the globe! The company are looking to appoint a Category Controller to join & lead an energetic & driven Category Team. You will report to the Category Leader & key responsibilities are listed below.
The Role:
·Lead the team and strategy to maximise category performance.
·Customise plans to support with retailer strategies
·Make positive changes to improve performance across brands & category
·Work cross functional to design innovative solutions
·Define pricing, product positioning, product launches in line with range and category strategy
The Person
·Of graduate calibre with minimum 5 years FMCG experience.
·Ideally a at Controller level or Category Manager ready to step up in a FMCG company
·Creative and commercial astute
·Entrepreneurial, resilient and agile.
·Ability to analyse large volumes of complex information
·Results focused, passionate and highly motivated.
