MAKE OUR PRODUCT SUPPLY AND LOGISTICS WORLD CLASS.

As BrewDog grow internationally, we are needing someone to organise and lead a vital part of our Operations. We're looking for a warrior of all things product supply and logistics that will deliver outstanding customer service to both our UK and International customers. This person will be a natural leader, managing the people, processes and assets that are key to success. As well as ensuring kick-ass customer service to our external customers, this person will build key relationships across the business, linking teams such as supply planning, sales, finance and IT together through streamlined processes!

MAIN DUTIES:

• Leadership of the Product Supply and Logistics teams covering objective setting, management, coaching and encouraging ownership and active involvement.
• Leading the development of our Order to Cash process with specific responsibility for items such as order management, customer communication, warehouse operations, stock control and transport services.
• Owning the delivery of a new route to market solution for 2017 and beyond.
• Working closely with sales colleagues and customers to develop and deliver superior service to our customers.
• Working closely with our Supply Chain Planning Manager to optimise the split of responsibilities between the two teams.
• Member of our Supply Chain Leadership Team and hence a key contributor to the development and delivery of our supply chain strategy.
• Developing excellent relationships with key stakeholders such as the supply chain planning team, the sales team and the finance AR team.
• Working with our IT team to explore and deliver potential system improvements to streamline our processes and improve our customer service.
• Development and ownership of customer service and logistics kpis.
• Define and manage our Customer Service and Logistics budgets.
• Take our UK OTC processes to the USA and support the implementation of them there in 2017.

SKILLS:

• 3 years’ team leadership experience.
• At least 6 years’ supply chain experience with at least 3 in a leading edge Customer Service and Logistics role.
• Experience of working with SAP in FMCG environments.
• Excellent knowledge of FMCG Customer Service and Logistics processes able to demonstrate a clear vision of what great looks like in such environments.
• 3PL contract management experience.
• Knowledge of both UK and Export logistics operations.
• Graduate with 2.1 or better degree and highly numerate 
• Driven, fast paced, resilient and determined.
• Organised and highly structured in delivery, with excellent attention to detail.
• People focussed leadership with excellent communication skills, whilst assertive and positively challenging.
• Very high personal standards taking personal pride in the development of a superb supply chain planning team.
