In an increasingly competitive and challenging market place, at CCEP we see the role of the Shopper Marketing manager as pivotal to delivering our business performance. The team has been re-structured and you will be a vital part of the Shopper Marketing team supporting the development of the physical and digital shopper marketing and environment plans in customers ranging from pubs, clubs, bars, education, wholesale and leisure and high street. You will manage and implement agreed shopper marketing activities at Business Unit level.

Reporting in to the Senior Shopper Marketing Manager you will responsible for the development and implementation of specific Shopper Marketing strategies and activations to unlock growth potential by developing collaborative plans with CCEP customers.

What to expect

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Develop shopper propositions based on insights that support the activation of brand and the category strategies whilst monitoring budgets & promotion spend (depending on market) and evaluating impact.
• Develop and maintain a mutually beneficial customer contact strategy and help broaden engagement with our key customers.
• Manage relationships with external agencies to ensure we develop physical and digital campaigns to the highest quality for our customers and environments whilst ensuring we meet the expected ROI.
• You will communicate activities to trading & customers, providing clarity of what Look of Success looks like for field sales execution.
• Work collaboratively with the CCEP portfolio development team to guide and ensure that brand programs and NPD are developed and optimized for the right environment and key shopping mission within it, meeting the needs of key stakeholders operating within that (customer) environment.
• Work with your category team to develop a clear vision for the soft drinks category, creating a framework for growth, with a clear & relevant category strategy for your key customers & environments.
• Work in collaboration with key accounts, RGM and other Ops Marketing functions, to ensure alignment and execution against the category and brand strategies.
• Work with European Group, other CCEP countries and external providers, to bring innovation and new thinking to the CCEP Shopper Marketing team and our customers.

What we expect of you

We are looking for applicants with a proven track record of customer facing roles for leading FMCG organisations. Excellent communication and strong project management skills are essential as well as demonstrating the ability to influence, engage and work at pace. You will have an understanding of shopper marketing and you will be able to demonstrate the digital path to purchase and how the use of digital including social media can be embedded into a Shopper Marketing campaign. You will show the ability and desire to effectively challenge customers, trading teams and other senior stakeholders.
