Exciting Insights Manager opportunity to lead the Insight agenda for this leading branded food business

You will be the consumer champion, delivering insights and understanding about their consumers to drive big ideas that will reinvigorate the brand.

My client is looking for an experienced Insight Manager to drive consumer, shopper and Category understanding into the heart of the business.

Role:

  • Lead the consumer planning agenda including optimisation of a research and insight budget
  • Understands how consumers and shoppers behave and communicates this in an inspiring way throughout the organisation and embeds them into marketing & sales strategies and activities.
  • Supports exceeding revenue by the effective delivery of quality insights and data and grow revenue through new business opportunities within the business
  • The Insight Manager will work cross-functionally with other teams to deliver their agenda and should therefore be able to demonstrate excellent senior stakeholder relationships and influence. They will deliver the consumer and shopper agenda in a way that demonstrates sound commercial understanding.

To be successful in this role you will be:

  • Data and analytically focused with a strong numerical and literacy skills
  • Managing and developing relationships both internally and externally
  • Experience of agency data types including Kantar, IRI, Dunnhumby, Nielson or Aimia would be a advantageous
  • Commercial awareness, you must have the ability to identify new business opportunities
  • Communication skills
  • Organised and able to prioritise workload
  • A strong team player
