We are working with a UK leader and expert in Big Data management, analytics and insights in FMCG to find a bright, analytical and extremely driven Senior Business Development Manager to join their successful team.

Based West of London, this company sells tailored and innovative solutions to multi-million pound accounts. They are rolling out a game-changing USP and are acquiring another company to further expand their prominent market position and ability to compete. With these exciting changes ahead, now is the time to join for significant progression and earning prospects.

Reporting to the Sales Director, this person will head-up the new campaign by engaging with manufacturers, discovering their key issues and impressing them with the portfolio of solutions on offer. Relationship building and maintenance, expansion of business within existing accounts and bringing on-board new clients are the focuses of this role.

  • This is a new business development role
  • You will have individual sales targets and work with a team (potential to manage junior members)
  • A background of other Big Data analytics companies ideal and will consider highly analytical NAM/BAM from FMCG manufacturing companies
  • Must have knowledge of FMCG sector including the core functions within a manufacturing business
  • Experience of P&Ls necessary

The role is 2/3 days office based with the rest spent with Clients and New Prospects. It offers a highly competitive OTE with a substantial base salary, lucrative, cumulative commission structure, a company car, pension and healthcare.
