About the Client:

This great business is looking to add to its already strong sales team by bringing in a strong Junior National Account Manager to work with the Head of Sales to manage 2 major grocery accounts.

They lead the category in healthy drinks and 2017 is going to see them develop their brands significantly with investment in headcount and marketing.

 

About the Role: 

This is a position where you will have your own responsibility but be supported by the Head of Sales. The idea is to develop a driven team that will thrive working with brands that are really creating a buzz in the market.   

You will bring your working knowledge of developing your buying relationships within the grocery channel, but you certainly are not expected to know everything and there will be a lot of training and educational support around the accounts and personal development.  

Drive, passion and some empathy with the brand and the health market are all key things, but a desire to learn and develop with a great team will see you go a long way.  

 

Desired Skills & Experience

  • A working knowledge of the UK grocery retailers in a branded environment.
  • Demonstrable success using a category approach.
  • The ability to learn to do things a different way.
  • A real passion for developing a new category.
  • An excellent communicator and learner.
