The Business

A growing company with the feel of a start-up and the clout of a larger player, this business is innovative, quirky and “tells a story” with its marketing and the product itself. They have enjoyed success in the past few years but are now looking for a Commercial Manager who will take them on the next step of the journey.

The Role 

This is a role which requires strong account management skills; relationship building and maintenance thereof will be key to the success of the role. Forecasting, and strong customer insight, will also be integral, so a good grasp of numbers and data is a must. There will also be an emphasis on commercial strategy and analysis, and to be able to present those conclusions in an understandable and persuasive way will prove key to your success.

The Person 

You will already have some experience working with one of the Top 6, and will be looking for the step up on your career path which will take you towards the next level. You will ideally have experience working with premium brands and will understand how the consumer approaches them. Your commercial relationship management will be proven to be excellent, and your collaborative nature will combine with your passion for food to give you the lift and drive to compete in this competitive space.
