Job Details

My client is a highly successful and multi-national branded drinks business looking for an ambitious and talented Brand Manager. The business has shown continued growth and is looking for a new member to develop the brand, online presence etc. with major retailers and online retailers.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ experience as an Assistant Brand Manager or Brand Manager with a strong branded business within the Food, Drink or FMCG sectors.

The Role:

•Managing all marketing aspects of the  Melitta Coffee preparation business .

•Analysing the brand and current strategy and highlighting areas of weaknesses or conflicting messages.

•Creating a brand plan and brand strategy and ensuring all aspects of the product align with the ethos and goals of the brand.

•Creating an enduring brand message that results in increased sales, brand loyalty and improving market share.

•Championing the brand internally making sure all elements of the company understand the brand and its goals.

•Working closely with all parts of the company to ensure commercial goals of the brand are met.

•Developing and sustaining strong working relationships with all stakeholders.

•Playing a key part in organising and attending various  trade shows/exhibitions .

•Developing high quality and effective marketing materials that align correctly with the overall brand strategy.

•Realistic forecasting of sales and volume for the brand ensuring all parts of the company are geared accordingly.

•Presenting the brand strategy to directors and sales and marketing teams at internal meetings and conferences.

•Managing external agencies and ensuring marketing budgets are met.

Seek out new marketing opportunities that fit with the brand and maximising

The candidate:

  • •Degree educated or equivalent experience

    •Minimum 2 years' experience in brand management 

    •Experience of managing brands in Food, Drinks, FMCG or Small Domestic Appliances (SDA)

    •Expert – Brand Development

    •Confidence and ability to develop and present compelling brand presentations.

    •Strong communication and influencing skills

    •Ability to work cross functionally, including working with teams abroad

    •Results & performance driven

What’s On Offer:

£32,000 - £40,000 negotiable based on experience + bonus + package
