£45,000 - £50,000 + Bonus + Potential of Option Shares

Field Based – 2/3 Days in London

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s fastest growing brands in the premium soft-drinks category. Since launching a little over 2 years ago they have gone from strength to strength and are now gaining traction in a number of the UK’s top customers across both On and Off Trade channels. With national listings with the likes of Hilton International and strong relationships in place with key Route to Market partners they are now looking to recruit a talented National Sales Manager to help further their rapid expansion.

As National Sales Manager you will take full ownership of the UK On-Trade channel. You will be responsible for developing distribution and sales with a focus on National On-Trade customers as well as defining the overall strategy for the brand. You will have full P&L responsibility for the channel and report regularly to the founders of the business. With success in the position there will also be an opportunity to recruit a team of regional sales people to support you.

In order to be considered for this opportunity it is important that you have experience dealing with key National On-Trade customers. Those with broad experience across Route to Market and other channels will be viewed favourably and a background in premium products would also be beneficial.

Due to the potential to build a team if you have previous man management experience this would also be an advantage. The ideal candidate will be a hungry and driven individual with an entrepreneurial spirit that would relish the challenge of taking a fantastic premium brand to the next level.
