Field Account Manager

As Field Account Manager, you’ll join a team acting as ambassadors for the Mars Drinks service brand, providing outstanding account management to retain and grow existing business. Reporting to our Customer Retention Manager and operating within an often rapidly-changing framework, you’ll provide the highest levels of customer service, driving satisfaction, engagement, loyalty and growth by building strong relationships with existing key customers at face-to-face visits.
Pro-actively managing your accounts, supported by our CRM contact strategy, and passing on any leads to your new business colleagues, as Field Account Manager you’ll drive customer engagement through relationship-building with key decision-makers and influencers on site, whilst networking to further build relationships and influence. Major priorities as Field Account Manager include:
- identifying and prioritising at-risk customers
- maintaining and increasing NSV growth through account analysis
- identifying other customer needs
- delivering marketing/CRM campaign activities.
Educated at least to ‘A’ level and ideally a graduate, you have a proven track record in B2B account management, underpinned by a real passion for both internal and external customers and a marked ability to build meaningful relationships. Strong on sales, negotiation, financial management and teamwork, you’re skilled at leveraging insights, with a robust drive for results. Your excellent all-round communication and analytical skills complement first-class strengths in planning and organisational agility, in addition to:
- first-class problem-solving abilities
- a full, clean UK driving licence.
