Established almost ten years ago, my client is a business with a long-standing British heritage and have launched themselves as a global international beauty brand of choice. A privately held company, they possess a fun and entrepreneurial culture, with a heavy focus on design and creativity. With an ambitious growth plan in place for the near future, the company aims to reach the £30 million mark within the next five years. With a strong focus on trading internationally, products are distributed to over eighty countries worldwide with strong success in the Middle East. Recently, the company has signed an exciting product listing with one of America’s largest retailers, which is due to launch this year. This is a well-established brand and is a great opportunity for a candidate with International experience.

Due to maternity cover the company are in a position to hire an Interim International Account Manager to cover Eastern Europe on an initial 12 month contract. This is a unique opportunity for a strong sales individual and will give you the opportunity to work across the Eastern Europe international market. Reporting into the International Sales Director, this role will have you looking at growing the existing portfolio of international accounts and considering every opportunity to grow and develop new business in these international market.

In order to be considered for such an opportunity, it is paramount you have previous international experience, either working with retailers or distribution partners. Ideally, you will have prior experience working within Health and Beauty, although closely associated fields such as Giftware will be considered if the candidate shows the right skills set. Due to the nature of the role, experience of another language will be advantageous, although not essential. You will ideally have experience working in Eastern Europe.
