National Account Manager - Grocery

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious National Account Manager to join the sales team to work on a high profile grocery retail customer.
As National Account Manager you will be accountable for the development of the Sainsbury's account, planning and developing customer trading strategies and working cross functionally with the commercial, category and brand teams to deliver best in class customer plans that deliver the agreed budget. Building excellent relationships with your customer will ensure you are delivering compelling customer selling stories and strategic objectives. You will create and implement effective JBPs negotiating all pricing and promotion activities.
The ideal candidate will have around 3-5 years experience gained within a fast paced FMCG business and will be ready for a second rotation as a National Account Manager. You will already be P&L responsible with an excellent track record of delivering results and exceeding sales targets. You will be results driven and an excellent relationship builder with a desire to continue to build your knowledge and skills. This is a field based position with a North West based head office.
