National Account Controller – Grocery

A global FMCG business is seeking a highly ambitious National Account Controller or experienced SNAM to join their sales team to lead one of their top 4 multiple accounts. Here you will look after a range of brands across the portfolio managing a team of around 4 – 6 people.

The Role:

This role reports into the National Account Director and will be based in the South East. The ideal candidate will have experience in formulating JBPs and a strategic thinker, someone who can influence relationships internally and externally.

As a National Account Controller, you will have complete P&L ownership of the Customer and responsible for the delivery and leadership of the team. This will involve driving sales and profitability, creating strategic business plans, working cross functionally with the wider business and training / development of the team.

  • Previous sales experience within FMCG
  • Experience managing a team
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Multiple channel experience
  • Ability to create strategic JBPs
  • Strong communication skills
  • Motivation and Drive to achieve results
