REPORTS TO: Procurement Director
PART TIME - 3.5 DAYS A WEEK.
(Secondment for 12 months)
The Role
This exciting secondment opportunity is to work within our Procurement team directly supporting the Fish & Seafood / Desserts & Bakery / Delicatessen / Foodservice Supplies teams. The secondment is for a 12 month period commencing April 2017 and reports into the Procurement Director for these categories. This is an ideal opportunity to gain valuable insight into how the Product Development, Category, Procurement & Technical teams work.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Data Maintenance
  • Vendors, materials, prices on SAP & Concerto.
  • Trade interchange – SIM & Trading Agreements.
  • Ongoing checks, maintenance, resolution and recording for audit.
Issue Resolution / Procurement support
  • Resolve supplier invoice queries and parked documents.
  • Provide ad hoc trading data from BW system on request.
Communication
  • Central point for departmental queries directing to the appropriate person in the team for resolution.
Team Administration
  • Absence and holiday management.
  • Team meetings and department purchase orders.
