My client is a high end, luxury dessert business who have almost doubled their revenue turnover for the last few years and are showing no sign of slowing. They have a lovely company culture and pride themselves on being supportive, ambitious and fun! Due to the continued growth and success of the brand and company they are looking for a national account manager to join the team to be strong number two to the Sales Director. Although they cannot guarantee progression and promotions as many larger business can, they need people that are ambitious and can grow as quickly as the company does!
The successful National Account Manager will be responsible for managing all of the UK account base across Grocery, High End/High St retailers and as well foodservice accounts. You will be tasked with continuing the growth of these customers as well as line management of an account executive, which is incredibly important to this FMCG business as people development is so critical to this company.
We are looking for a high performing National Account Manager that is genuinely looking to be a part of something special and make an impact on a company and category. You must have FMCG food experience, ideally across a couple of channels, although super stars with one channel or account will absolutely be considered. You will be passionate about working as a team and creating something really exciting! Please note this is an office based role in London.
£40 000 - £50 000 basic, car allowance and benefits.
