Brand Development Manager
My client is an innovative premium alcoholic drinks company, aimed at satisfying the needs of the discerning drinker. With a family history steeped in notable drinks successes, the founder has been able to find a gap in an increasingly crowded market. In the three years they’ve been around, they’ve won a host of premium venue listings as well as industry-wide accolades. Now, they are looking to take on a Brand Development Manager to help cement their place in the London On-Trade scene.
In this role, you will be focussing on winning new independent accounts in the capital and building up your own portfolio of customers. You will be given some initial accounts to manage, however the opportunity is vast and a lot of focus at the beginning will be on finding new customers. As well as sales, you will also be responsible for management of the company’s social media calendar and making sure the brand’s loyal followers are always kept up to date. Because of how flexible the company is at this stage, you will also be expected to represent them at numerous events and trade shows throughout the year.
To thrive in this role, you will already have some On-Trade experience under your belt as this is an opportunity to gain some real autonomy. As a result, you will also be driven and reliable to wok remotely. You will be passionate about the drinks industry and will also be tech-savvy. Negotiations and relationship-building will be second nature to you and you will find the opportunity to earn generous bonuses an exciting one.
