Job Details

Our client is a world famous premium and luxury leisure company recognised for their dynamic marketing strategy and forward-thinking innovation. They have a strong presence in all key and emerging markets around the world.

As they continue to expand their business presence in Europe, they are seeking a CRM Executive to report directly to the Head of CRM & Digital and support the business' ambitious expansion plan from a digital and CRM strategy point of view.

Your role is critical in establishing the luxury CRM programme designed for their elite customer base, as well as ensuring the delivery of best-in-class direct communication to all customers and clients.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing the European CRM Strategy with the objective to develop customer acquisition, engagement, retention and loyalty measures.
  • Working closely with the marketing team and senior stakeholders to create email campaigns and offline tools with clear campaign objectives and KPIs.
  • Conduct and present insight on campaign performance.
  • Becoming an expert in your customers and using insight to create and deliver bespoke communication to keep them engaged throughout the customer lifecycle.

The successful candidate will be degree educated with 1-2 years CRM and/or digital marketing experience gained in a luxury/premium/hospitality/service or banking environment. You will have experience working with external and internal agencies, working cross-functionally with people at all levels inside and outside of the wider business. Knowledge of CRM strategy and data insights is essential, with an understanding of Salesforce being a bonus. You will be highly organised with strong attention to detail. You will be highly commercial and creative and will have exceptional negotiation and influencing skills.
