A relationship manager is required to lead a small team within a innovative and growing food business based in London.

Within the commercial trading team this is a genuinely unique role for a Senior Account Manager to lead a small team, selling great artisan food products into premium accounts within the retail sector, restaurants, cafes and hotels.

As the title suggests the responsibility of this role is to run an efficient account management team and operation focused on existing relationships.

Key responsibilities include
  • Team leadership to ensure all sales targets are being met through regular individual and team meetings and monitoring sales figures
  • Manage customer and account management functions to ensure customer retention and increased sales
  • Analysis of sales data to ensure all customers are meeting their potential
  • Analysis of product sales to ensure all products are performing


As a key member of the commercial team this role of Senior Account Manager will report directly to the Commercial Director to contribute to the achievement of the company objectives by meeting sales targets as well as providing guidance on the current market trends and product innovations.

As a business this client is very open-minded regarding previous experience and are much more focused on the culture of the individual with genuine drive, ambition and total believe in team working.

Importantly you MUST have a genuine passion for food in general alongside a working knowledge of the London food and restaurant scene - including current trends, restaurant openings and awards.
