Managing a small team and with commercial & strategic responsibility for a varied client portfolio, the position is a blend of insight delivery and revenue generation - highly consultative and client facing, with an expectation to become a respected voice in the industry.

Key to success in the role is the ability to manage a large, diverse client base, all with widely varying levels of spend, and the ability to generate incremental revenue across the client portfolio.

There's an expectation that this person will play a key role in the ongoing growth of the business, with a clear route to a bigger management position and increased visibly in the business.
