This is a high profile Sales Controller position responsible for managing the relationship with Argos and Sainsbury's!
Our client is a globally recognisable company with an innovative product portfolio within the consumer market. The business as a clear vision and set of company values and although a blue-chip business it has informal culture.
As Sales Controller you will take full P&L responsibility for the channel. This will require you lead a high performing team of National Account Managers and you will be tasked with developing and implementing the channel strategy. You will be responsible driving sales growth for your portfolio. The coaching and development of your direct reports will also be a key feature of the role.
To be considered for this opportunity it is essential that you are a National Account Controller or high calibre Senior National Account Manager responsible for managing Argos currently. You will have experience within a blue-chip FMCG business and then moved into the consumer electronics/home entertainment sector. The successful candidate will have gravitas and the ability to work cross functionally to achieve results.
