My client is a major player within the confectionary market and is recognised globally for their innovation and high quality products.

They are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join their exciting team and to help with the digital strategy for years to come.

Key responsibilities will include overseeing the management of digital channels such as website, Email, Content & social media and securing strong visibility across all platforms. You will be working collaboratively with global and local marketing and PR teams to deliver integrated 360 degree' media campaigns creating on/offline synergy via impactful and engaging digital content. You will also manage online marketing channels of PPC, display, SEO, affiliates, lead generation and email. As well as assisting in developing the brands' CRM strategy and development/launch of in-store point of sale CRM technology. In addition, you will also collaborate with the Social Media Manager in developing brand social content and channels with a consistent and unified voice, driving engagement, awareness and creating a sense of community for followers.

The successful candidate will be degree educated with a strong understanding of the FMCG sector. You will have strong digital experience with a proven track record of building and implementing successful digital strategy. You will also have a strong understanding of ecommerce environment and awareness of online trends and innovations. You will be a self-starter and proactive with the ability to work to tight deadlines across multi brands, projects and departments. Strong analytical and numerical understanding will be key, alongside meticulous attention to detail and good experience in copy writing.
