National Account Manager – Grocery
Our client is a dynamic, exciting and innovative drinks brand; they pride themselves on the quality of their products. They supply to all Top 4 Grocery retailers, High Street, Cash & Carry and wholesalers across the UK and Europe.. They are a passionate business who cares about the welfare of their consumers as well as trying to give something back to communities. The Role
As the successful NAM you will be responsible for Waitrose and Sainsbury’s. You will work closely with the Sales Controller where necessary to influence business and drive relationships between you and your customers. As the successful National Account Manager, you will have full P&L responsibility for your accounts. The key aspect of this role will be daily interaction with other functions within the business, applicants will need to demonstrate success in working as part of a cross functional team. As the successful National Account Manager you will be responsible for developing and recommending account strategies to maximise the sales and delivery margins from the accounts under your management.
The successful National Account Manager will:
• Currently hold the position of National Account Manager, Business Account Manager, Sales Development Manager, National Account Executive or equivalent
• Have current experience in National Accounts within a branded FMCG business
• An ability to communicate effectively and build and maintain strong business relationships
• Be action orientated and drive plans
• Be charismatic, innovative, and ambitious
• Have experience managing Grocery accounts
In return you will receive a salary of £50,000 - £55,000 plus benefits
