The Role: Based in their Cambridge offices on a daily basis, the successful Business Development Manager will be working closely with the Head of Business Development and their commercial teams, getting involved with implementing business strategy, bid and tender management and marketing. Their customer base includes commercial and industrial premises, retailers and rural business spaces, and you will be heavily involved with internal stakeholders.

The Company: Operating in a niche marketplace for over a century, our client is a £40 million organisation now expanding. They offer a range of property consulting services including building surveying, lease consulting, investment and education and focus on quality, and now seek a new Business Development Manager.

For this Business Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Strong sales skills
• You will have sold professional services such as legal, property or accounting
• Experience of implementing business strategy
• Consultative candidates with superb presentation skills
