Divisional Sales Manager - PepsiCo B&I Team

Due to expansion there is now an exciting opportunity for an additional DSM to join our PepsiCo Food Service/B&I (Business & Industry) team.

This is a very high profile role within McCurrach working within a fast paced environment so you will need to hit the ground running.  This is a great opportunity for you to create real impact with the expansion of this exciting team!

As a DSM you will manage a team of  Territory Managers who represent PepsiCo brands such as Walkers, Tropicana, Naked and Quakers Oats visiting Foodservice outlets such as Hospitals, Universities & Colleges, Coffee shops.

This role will allow you the opportunity to manage and coach your team to develop their capabilities to deliver the results required to meet our team targets.

  

The Role

  • Recruit, develop, lead, motivate and appraise your team to achieve agreed Principal objectives
  • Lead a team by setting direction in line with commercial objectives and gaining buy-in, establishing team values, fostering teamwork and leading by example
  • Ownership of team performance by tracking results against agreed KPI targets, regular performance reviews and pro-actively managing performance issues
  • Develop the skills and results within your team through close leadership, clear objective setting and leading by example
  • Work with colleagues to provide accurate and effective briefing documentation and selling tools, whilst promoting and instilling PepsiCo brand and strategic knowledge within your team.
  • Provide effective and timely insight to Principal and Sales Unit.
  • Deliver strong communication links between Salesforce, Sales Unit and Principal
