European Supply Chain Manager

We are looking for an experienced European Supply Chain Manager for a renowned household brand based in London enjoying excellent growth in Europe.

Our client is in the top 50 food & drink brands in the UK and is continuing to expand and develop across Europe delivering double digit growth. There is now an opportunity to recruit a European Supply Chain Manager to head up the entire logistics network, managing a team of 8 and taking overall responsibility for the delivery of one million products a day across 14 different countries.

Reporting to and deputising for the Head of Head of Supply Chain Operations, this role will manage an operational budget of £30m and build a fully integrated European Logistics team and route to market covering surface freight through to finished goods. The role will focus on developing strategic resilience into the  logistics network by developing senior relationships with both existing and back up logistics providers across the operating regions.

To be suitable for this role we are looking for candidates with at least five years as a senior Supply Chain operator with a breadth of experience across manufacturing, planning and supply chain logistics. Candidates will need to demonstrate excellent performance management across multi country 3PL operations and highlight a track record of managing and negotiating complex supplier relationships at the highest level. Above all we are looking for management experience of managing & delivering strategic change in a high growth organisation.
