Digital Brand Manager

An exciting opportunity has come up for a Ecommerce Manager to work at one of the top FMCG companies in the world. My client is looking for an organised Ecommerce Digital Manager to join the company to lead their online marketing from coming up with new ideas, to managing the agencies working on all aspects of their digital platform.

Key Responsibilities:
* Day to day management and input to all digital marketing agency partners including responsibility for managing SEO, PPC and affiliate agencies.
* Plan and deliver a best practice a rolling conversion plan for the site through use of analytics and creative.
* The role will sit in the ecommerce digital team within customer development (sales).
* The role is within a new division of the digital team looking at Amazon and NRS (new revenue streams). It reports into the ecomms business manager.

The Candidate:
* High performance experience in CPG marketing, retail, digital &/running your own business
* Excellent creative thinking skills, the ability to influence and have impact, creatively craft and build brands and businesses
* Being comfortable with the uncomfortable, to deliver monthly and annual business targets as well as judgement and insight to support the growth of new businesses.
* Digital Experience - proven track record or experience of building and managing brands within a digital context.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to effectively engage with key internal and external stakeholders to drive the agenda forward.
* Experience of managing and developing talent within and outside of your team.
* Strong Judgement, Drive, and Influence.
