The company is embarking on an exciting period of growth as it builds upon the resources of the group and enters new categories. Our business is well invested in above the line marketing, NPD, manufacturing and operations and, most importantly, our people.
Following the recent appointment of a new Sales Director, we are looking to recruit an outstanding high calibre National Account Manager who will take responsibility for a portfolio of our national wholesale channel customers including Booker, Bestway, Dhamecha and NISA Retail with full P&L responsibility.
Having been well trained in modern FMCG commercial management within a recognised major branded company, you have gained a strong platform of account management experience and skills including pricing and promotional activity negotiation, developing new product listings and distribution, as well as building effective customer relationships. You also have an affinity with using analysis, both category and financial, to build effective customer led business proposals.
Currently working at Regional Account, National Account Executive or Junior National Account Manager level within any of the FMCG major trade channels, you are ambitious and now looking to step up your career into your first National Account Manger role with full customer and sales/profit responsibility. Furthermore, you demonstrate the intellect, drive, energy and commercial capability to further develop your future career up into a Senior National Account Manager role in the top 4 grocery retail multiple accounts.
This role is home based with a requirement to attend the Oxfordshire based head office c.2 days per week in line with business requirements.
