Account Manager Ingredients- UK (home based)

Company

This global company manufactures, markets and distributes a range of dairy ingredients, including cultures, enzymes, probiotics and colours for food and beverage manufacturers.

Key Accountabilities

A driven and ambitious technical sales account manager is required to drive forward sales into the cheese sector. Work closely with strategic selling and marketing partners to identify opportunities to expand business with existing and new customers.  You will be working closely with internal colleagues monitoring the market, the product range and competitors.  Your role will also involve working closely with NPD and technical departments on site with the customer, to maximise results and develop further business.

Personal Profile

  • Experienced in the dairy sector, ideally cheese
  • Bright and experienced NPD/technologists in the dairy industry who are looking for a move into sales will also be considered
  • Proven success in sales, project management and planning
  • Ideally a food science degree or similar
