GENERAL MANAGER
General Manager vacancy: The Fox, a truly beautiful country pub situated a mile outside the centre of Harpenden, in Kinsbourne Green, is looking for a General Manager. Our characterful building is filled with cosy corners, comfy armchairs, open log fires and boasts a unique dining room.
If you are a true leader who is prepared to challenge and develop the already fantastic team whilst delivering a stylish and fresh offer then you should read on!
This is an amazing opportunity for a General Manager or a driven Assistant Manager ready for their first pub, so if you have a passion for excellence along with a real love for food and great service - which will make our guests want to return to us time and time again, then this is the role for you !
General Manager role:
- Managing and training your team
- Ensuring our guests are cared for to the highest standards
- Provide excellent customer experiences, acting as a host
- Working towards and achieving business targets
- Dedicating time to develop your team using our tailored development framework
