The Role: Based from their Oxfordshire offices daily, the successful Commercial Manager will be working with one of the world's largest brand owners in an innovative and fast-paced team. This new role sits between the sales and buying teams, and you will be working with them on a daily basis to grow their suppliers business. The role involves analyzing and more importantly actioning reports, improving cash flow and negotiating at all levels both internally and externally.

The Company: With a £200 million sales turnover and representing some of the biggest and best brands in the business, our client is a privately owned company experiencing some excellent growth. They are now looking for a new Commercial Manager to join their 300 strong workforce, to deal with a strongly branded range of FMCG products which are taken into national hotel and restaurant chains, and to benefit from working for the market leading and fast growing organisation.

For this Commercial Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills
  • You will have held P&L experience in the FMCG sector
  • A problem solving approach and willingness to analyse data and spreadsheets before acting on the information
  • You must have a teamplaying approach and be able to deal with both internal and external stakeholders
