GENERAL MANAGER

General Manager vacancy:  Opportunity to join the team at The Arnos Arms as a General Manager.  This is a Harvester site located close to the tube in Southgate, North London.

This General Manager position will give the appointed individual the opportunity to join a renowned brand and develop internally.  As a General Manager you are required to lead, motivate and inspire the team to delight your guests with consistently high standards and quality food.

General Manager role:

  • Managing and training your team
  • Ensuring our guests are cared for to the highest standards
  • Provide excellent customer experiences, acting as a host
  • Working towards and achieving business targets
  • Dedicating time to develop your team using our tailored development framework
