Our National Account Managers play a central role in driving sales across our UK account base from retail, healthcare multiples to independents, online retailers and export clients.
Working in our dynamic and flexible environment as National Account Manager, reporting to our Sales Director and managing a Sales Account Co-ordinator, your key challenge will be to drive sales across our UK account base by achieving regular sales targets. Responsible for managing the grocery multiple and wholesale sectors, you’ll proactively identify and maximise short-term tactical opportunities whilst building longer term strategic plans, driving increases in distribution across existing and new brands. Other major deliverables for the National Account Manager role include:
• implementing promotional activity and visibly driving initiatives
• developing, leading and owning the UK key account promotional plan
• following up promptly on new business leads
• managing our UK Sales Account Co-ordinator.
Of graduate calibre with a demonstrable CV in national account management dealing with major multiple accounts, you’re capable of developing an in-depth knowledge of our markets and routes to market. Ideally you will have experience within the health and beauty category, be an effective time manager, capable of multi-tasking and strong on gathering, analysing and interpreting data. A first-class communicator, influencer, and relationship-builder with good MS Office skills, you also:
• make effective decisions and solve problems early
• move with pace, drive and enthusiasm
• develop trust and respect quickly, internally and externally.
